Reviews and Ratings
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. While it's super convenient being right across the street from Mayo Clinic, the rooms left a lot to be desired with their dry atmosphere and odd view of the parking garage. On a positive note, the service was exceptional, with every staff member being friendly and accommodating. The location couldn't be better for Mayo Clinic visitors, but the need for updates is apparent.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was very thoughtfully arranged, with a roomy and nicely separated bathroom from the sleeping area. However, the cleanliness was a major issue, especially with an unpleasant toilet. The location was convenient for my appointments at the Mayo Clinic, but the proximity to the elevator shafts made it noisy and unsettling at times. The service was excellent and very friendly, making my stay enjoyable overall.
For an impromptu overnight stay, this hotel offered affordable rates compared to others in the area. However, booking through a site seemed to result in a punishment with a dated and small room reminiscent of a hospital. The strong antiseptic smell raised concerns about cleanliness.
